Creating a perfect gift for your dog, one that will ideally complement the magnitude of your dog’s devotion and beauty is the challenge that we as great dog lovers find especially inspiring and most eagerly accept.
Unlike mass production and similar to art, it takes significant time and energy to create personalized dog collar but we really enjoy this process. It is a much detailed handwork consisting of several crafting stages that require skill, concentration and creativity.
Personalized dog collar usually denotes a collar with a dog’s ID plate. To our opinion personalized dog collar should not be just another collar wearing info about the dog if he gets lost. Moreover it should crown dog’s unique character and seal the overall appearance of your dog.
Each collar consists of 2-4 leather layers depending on the breed i.e. the size of your dog and the purpose of the collar. Every leather piece is carefully cut and embroidered. Dog’s name is engraved to a stylized brass plate to achieve a more rustic, vintage look. For the most part we use hand stitching to bind leather layers. After the stitching leather edges are being hand skived, polished and painted for more elegant look and suppler feel around the neck.
Your dog’s personalized collar may be inspired by one of our previous designs: this means that we will use existing elements and combine them into a new original collar. But you may also like a completely new design, trusting our artistic sense and knowledge. Ordering specific leather embossing or handmade leather or brass ornaments of symbolic meaning to you is also possible. With the guidance of our lead designer Sanja almost everything is possible to create and more complex designs require more working hours.
